Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/ order or suitable direction for calling upon entire record from the respondents in respect of promotion of Assistant Grade-III to the post of Assistant Grade-II 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or direction to the respondent authority for consideration of case PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 of promotion of petitioner for post of Assistant Grade-III to Assistant Grade-II. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ or order or appropriate direction to the respondents to provide promotion and consequent benefit of promotion to the petitioner. 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief by issuing any other suitable writ, direction or orders, deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working as Assistant Grade-III and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Kunjara, Block Kunkuri, District Jashpur, C.G. Proceeding for promotion on the post of Assistant Grade-II is initiated and the ACRs of eligible Assistant Grade-III who are falling within the consideration zone were called for and name of petitioner was at serial number 37. However, till date promotion order in respect of petitioner was not issued. Petitioner has already submitted a representation on 12.12.2025 before Respondent No. 4 which till date is pending consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, instead of keeping this writ petition pending seeking reply from the respondents, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the representation of petitioner dated 12.12.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
