Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4, Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent nos.5 & 6. 2. The petitioners have preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Adm), Varanasi Region, Varanasi in Suit No.6909 of 2023, Computerized Case No.T202314180306909 and order dated 18.10.2025 passed by respondent no.2 in Revision No.3612 of 2024. By the aforesaid order matter was remanded back by the aforesaid authorities before the respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Shakaldeeha, District Chandauli. 3. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and prayed that respondent no.4 be directed to decide the matter afresh in terms of the order passed by the appellate and revisional authority. 4. This prayer has not been objected by the counsel for the respondents. 5. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, without interfering with the orders, which are under challenge in the present writ petition, present writ petition is disposed of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjay Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pramod Kumar Sinha Reena Devi And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) directing the respondent no.4 to decide the matter afresh strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment.
