CMP No. 12839/2026 The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 1, Radha Krishan, for release of the compensation amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. As per the applicant, vide order dated 21.10.2022, passed in CMP No. 12867/2022, compensation amount was ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 1 & 3 to 8. However, due to some typographical mistake in the memo of parties, the amount could not be released in favour of respondent No. 1. Since the applicant has removed the objections raised by the Registry now, therefore, compensation amount falling in the share of applicant/respondent No. 1 may be ordered to be released. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant. No reply to the application is intended to be filed and learned Additional Advocate General for the non- applicants/appellants has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed, as no appeal has been ….2…. preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, coupled with the fact that till date, no appeal has been preferred against the judgment passed by this Court and the same has attained finality, the same is allowed and the compensation amount, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1, Radha Krishan, as per his share, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been mentioned in the application. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 12840/2026 For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant is exempted from filing translated copies of vernacular documents. The application is disposed of.
