In this Writ Petition, petitioners have sought for a writ of mandamus to respondent No.1-University to conduct one more revaluation of petitioners' answer scripts and thereafter announce result. The petitioners herein are also assailing the Notification dated 26.08.2024 as per Annexure-M to the Writ Petition. 3. Smt. Mamatha Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 places reliance on the Judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1372/2025 and connected appeals disposed of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22481 WP No. 27038 of 2025 on 19.02.2026 and submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court has declined to sustain the order as to the method of evaluating answer scripts and to provide the key answers. 4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the Judgment dated 19.02.2026 in W.A.No.1372/2025, I am of the view that, this Court has already taken a decision that there is no relevant provision in the Regulations of the respondent-University for seeking periodical revaluation and therefore, no further orders are required to be made in this Writ Petition. 5.
