Heard Mr. C. Goswami, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Kataky, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent no.1 as well as Mr. A. Chaliha, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent no.3. 2. Ms. M. Kataky, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent no.1, has placed on record a speaking order issued by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 in WP(C).No.2371/2023. 3. A copy of the said speaking order is also furnished to Mr. C. Goswami, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. 4. Mr. C. Goswami, learned counsel, on a perusal of the said speaking order has submitted that the same having been issued, he would now be required to assail the same. 5. This Court has perused the said speaking order dated 05.02.2026, and finds that the same has been so issued, in compliance with the directions passed by this Court vide the said order dated 05.05.2025 in WP(C).No.2371/2023. 6. The directions passed by this Court vide the said order dated 05.05.2025, is found to have been complied with and there being no willful and/or deliberate violations
Page No.# 3/3 highlighted with regard to the directions so passed, the present contempt petition would not mandate a further adjudication and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 7. The petitioner, however, is granted liberty to assail the order dated 05.02.2026, by instituting appropriate proceedings. 8. A copy of the order dated 05.02.2026, furnished by Ms.
