JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER Date :27.07.2026 Heard Mr. A. B. Dey, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, the learned APP for the State. 2. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Dwarbond P.S. Case No. 21/2026, registered under Sections 109/127/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The FIR dated 12.04.2026, lodged by the informant revealed that the brother and sister of her husband were creating disputes and quarrels regarding their joint property and that on 11.04.2026, at around 02:00 PM, the 3 (three) accused persons, named in the said FIR, made her husband sign blank papers and attempted to murder her husband by administering poison mixed in a cup of tea. It was also stated that the husband of the informant was locked inside the room and that he shouted for help and the local people rescued him. She also stated that her husband was admitted in the hospital and he was undergoing treatment. Page No.# 3/3 4. It is seen that the petitioners were enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail by order dated 05.06.2026, with the condition that the petitioner should appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of passing of this order. The learned APP for the State, submits that, pursuant to the said order, the petitioners appeared before the Investigating Officer and the statements were recorded. 5. As such, it is noticed that the petitioners are co-operating with the investigation of the case and this Court thinks it fit that the bail order of the petitioner as such be made absolute. 6.
