ORDER 22.07.2026
This Court has sought for instructions from the ASTC as to whether the petitioner is still continuing with the stall at the ASTC Complex Badarpur, licence of which was granted to the petitioner in the year 2016.
2. Dr. A Chamuah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the ASTC submits that the deed of licence which was granted to the petitioner was specifically limited for a period of 3(three) years from the deed of the licence i.e. 23.12.2016 to 22.12.2019.
3. In that regard, he has placed before this Court the deed of licence, which is kept on record and marked with the letter ‘X’.
