Keeping in view the fact that the dispute as such is between the two banks with regard to the sale of the mortgaged property, we direct that a sum of Rs.23,48,470/- being the residue amount lying with respondent No.1 be paid to the petitioner-Bank, who had already appropriated a sum of Rs.93,91,530/- out of the sale consideration of Rs.1,17,00,000/-.
