The learned counsel for the respondents contend that such an order passed by the Tahsildar is appealable before the Assistant Commissioner under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act. 4. Upholding the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Assistant Commissioner.
