ORDER
Heard Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel representing Sri V.Vinod K. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that F-Line application No.FSNV012601011783 dated 20.07.2026 (Ex.P1) made by the petitioner, to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of Ac.0.072 cents in LP No.2176, Ac.0.076 cents in LP No.2177, Ac.0.126 cents in LP No.2182 in S.No.34 of Nallagundla village, Vinjamuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, has not been attended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aforementioned property is the ancestral property of the petitioner and his name was updated in the Records of Rights. Copy of 1B (ROR) is filed as Ex.P2. He would submit that the petitioner made an application vide Ex.P1 to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries; however, the same has not been considered by the 4th respondent.
4. Sri Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent will follow the procedure under the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Given the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, with the consent of the counsel on either side at the admission, directing the learned 4th respondent-Tahsildar to consider Ex.P1 application and follow the procedure mandated under the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. The 4th respondent shall issue notices to the petitioner and other boundary owners before surveying by following the procedure. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
