No.126 of 2020 arising out of Nawa Jaipur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1562 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- VIII, Palamau, is pressed into motion. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court and the same is being renewed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2020 and charge has been framed in this case and out of nine charge sheet witnesses, two have been examined. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that both the witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition.
