Director of School Education, Solan, Distt. Solan, H.P., which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay stage of ₹37,600/- after two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 01.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.18581 of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025, titled, Karam Chand vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
