Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2.

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in issuing letter dated 25.02.2016 by the respondent No.2 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28788 of 2014 dated 10.04.2015. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that pending the Writ Petition, the service connection of the petitioner was already closed and dismantled and there are no liabilities pending against the petitioner. Hence, no cause survives and no further adjudication is necessary. 4. In view of the clear and categorical submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, nothing further remains and no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________________
