The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 157 of 2025, registered under sections 33(A) and 33(C) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and section 3(A) of the Forest Conservation Act, 1980, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion and allegations are made that petitioner was extracting coal from the forest area. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of extracting coal from the forest area. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion and the case is arising out of offence report filed by the Forest Guard and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
