The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the relevant records relating to case of the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to decide the issue of succession of the petitioner in relation to property of the deceased employee. 2 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in light of the documents submitted by him in accordance with law expeditiously. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to grant any other relief as deemed fit in the given facts and circumstances of the case as also cost of the litigation.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner died-in-harness while working on the post of Assistant Grade – III and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Shish, Block – Kota, District – Bilaspur on 09.07.2023. At the time of death of his father, petitioner was minor and after attaining the age of majority, petitioner submitted a representation on 30.07.2025, however, said representation was not accepted by the Respondent No. 2 and also the Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Shish, Block – Kota, District - Bilaspur. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondent/State submits that the application dated 30.07.2025 (Annexure P/4) which is referred by the counsel for petitioner is not an application under the prescribed format for grant of compassionate appointment under the guidelines of 2013. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner in stead of keeping this writ petition pending seeking reply from the Respondents/State, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit an application for grant of compassionate appointment in the prescribed format before the Respondent No. 2 and also before the Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Shish, Block – Kota, District – Bilaspur. In the event 3 petitioner submits application, concerned authority shall accept and to pass necessary orders in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 months thereafter. Respondent No. 2 is directed to provide the prescribed format to the petitioner, if petitioner approaches him, without any delay. 6.
