The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nimiaghat P.S. Case No.90 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 270 and 271 of the BNS, Section 47(a), 47(f), 52, 55 of Jharkhand Excise Amendment Act, 2015 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners through Video Conferencing submits that 41,600 liters of spirit and 270 empty gallons were recovered from back side of the line hotel and five persons were arrested and they have disclosed the name of the petitioners along with two other persons. He further submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 7419 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioners has come on the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioners has come on the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A and in the attending ( 2026:JHHC:1043 ) facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Nimiaghat P.S.
