Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ on the same nature direction the respondent to provide a job to the petitioner on compassionate ground on the death of his father while in the service. b. Pass such other order as this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of equity and justice.” 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would submit a fresh/new representation to the respondent - BDA, who may be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time frame. 3. The aforesaid submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to the respondent - BDA.
