ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner and Respondent No.1 are present before this Court. The learned Mediator has submitted mediator’s report.
In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned VIII Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, in C.C.No.565 of 2023 (Old C.C.No.4765 of 2022), dated 28.03.2024, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.72 of 2024, dated 12.11.2025, by the learned VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, are hereby set aside. As a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
