By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following prayer: “a. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent to proceed with and complete the registration of the Sale Deed dated 23.07.2024 executed by Petitioner in favour of Shri Balaji Builders, Through Its Partner Sh. Dharampal Goyal in respect of the subject property, i.e., Plot No. R-3 in Khasra No. 21, Rishab Nagri, Model Town, Delhi, measuring 220 sq. yds., after duly taking into consideration the findings recorded in the Status Report dated 14.01.2026 filed by the Delhi Police in W.P.(C) No. 13988/2025 and in compliance with the order dated 25.02.2026 passed by this Hon’ble Court, in This is a digitally signed order. Award costs of the present petition in favor of the Petitioner and against the Respondents...” 4. This Court’s attention has been drawn to order dated 25.02.2026. Vide the said order, the learned Predecessor Bench was pleased to pass the following order: “1. Mr Manashwy Jha, learned counsel appearing for the Sub- Registrar, on instructions, submits that in view of the report which has been received by the Police, the Sub-Registrar will have to re-look into the grievance raised by the petitioner. 2. In view thereof, let the Sub-Registrar to do the needful and to either register the property or to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law...” 5. However, it is stated that despite this order being passed in the presence of the learned counsel for the respondents including the learned counsel for Sub-Registrar VI-A, the order has not been complied with as yet. 6. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sub-Registrar VI-A today, again seeks to time to comply with the said order. 7. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sub- Registrar VI-A undertakes that the order dated 25.02.2026 will be complied with within two weeks from date, under intimation to this Court. 8. It is also directed that in case, the order is not complied with, appropriate legal consequences will be follow. 9. With the abovesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of. 10.
