“ (i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 is to consider the representations of the 1st petitioner for regularization the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to representation dated 29/12/2025 given by the 1st petitioner to the 3rd respondent for regularisation and consequential benefits. To the Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Chamrajanagara VIDE ANNEXURE-Κ. ii). Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are to consider the representations of the 2nd petitioner for regularization the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to the representation dated 5/1/2026 is given by the 2nd petitioner to the 2nd respondent who is the COMMISIIONER DEPARTMENT OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT AND PANCHAYATH RAJ BENGALURU DATED 5/1/2026 for regularisation and consequential benefits. VIDE ANNEXURE-L and, consider the representation of the petitioner No.2 dated 29/12/2025 given to the 3rd respondent the Chief executive Officer Zilla Panchayath Chamrajanagara for regularisation and consequential benefits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent Nos.4 to 7 is dispensed with. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025 at Annexures - K, L, L1, M, M1, N, N1 respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025 at Annexures - K,
