01. Statements of the parties in the light of compromise have been reduced into writing by learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. Respondent No. 2-the complainant, at whose instance impugned FIR No. 190/2021 for offence under Section 295 IPC came to be registered with Police Station, Gangyal and culminated in the presentation of impugned challan No. 1017/2022 in the Court of learned Electricity Magistrate, Jammu has stated that he has reached at amicable settlement with the petitioner. He has resolved all disputes, issues and misunderstandings with him and has no objection to the quashment of impugned FIR. Statement of the petitioner has also been recorded. Parties have been identified by their respective counsels.
02. In view of the amicable settlement between the petitioner and the complainant, present petition is allowed and impugned FIR along with charge sheet is quashed.

Disposed of, along with connected application(s).
04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
