1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner seeks re-recommendation for transfer. He was transferred to a school by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in March 2022 but the petitioner could not join the recommended school because of non-availability of matching vacancy. The petitioner applied for re-recommendation but the same is pending consideration till date.
3. As it appears that the petitioner’s application seeking transfer was allowed and he was recommended to a school but could not join the same for no fault on his part, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commission to re- recommend the petitioner to a school with matching vacancy.
