The said order of conviction comes to be challenged in Criminal Appeal No.637 of 2024. The petitioner, the complainant is before the Court on the score that the concerned Court is not proceeding with the matter, despite passage of two years. 3. In that light, the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
