Learned counsel for accused/applicant claims parity on the ground that the co-accused Vikas has been granted bail by the Court of Sessions by way of order dated 30.06.2026. It is also submitted that TIP proceedings pertaining to the accused/applicant failed. 4. Learned APP for State, assisted by IO/SI Anil accepts notice and in all fairness submits that there is nothing to oppose this application. 5. Therefore, the application is allowed and the accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 6.
