The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in freezing the login credentials without issuing notice or any order, the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in declaring petitioner No.2 as the Principal of M.S.R. Junior College despite the certificate dated 03.07.2025 issued by respondent No.4, and the inaction on the part of respondent No.4 in registering the appointment of petitioner No.3 as Secretary and Correspondent is under challenge. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, in pursuance of the interim orders dated 04.06.2026, respondent No.2 has granted access by defreezing the login credentials of M.S.R. Junior College. 3. Insofar as the second prayer of the petitioners is concerned, the respondent No.2 has complied with the requirements of the petitioners and, as such, the only issue which requires for consideration is the non-registering of the appointment of petitioner No.3 as Secretary and Correspondent and the other filings submitted by the petitioners after 10.06.2025 to till date. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this Court, while considering a similar issue in W.P.No.13192 of 2021, this Court had directed the respondents to keep on record the filings submitted by the parties, and that the filings submitted by the petitioner therein would be subject to the final decision of the competent Court or arbitrator, as the case may be. 5 HN, J W.P.No.15099_2026 5. It is submitted that respondent No.4 has kept on hold the filings submitted by the petitioners on the pretext that the matter is pending before the learned District Judge, Prakasam District, Ongole, vide S.R.O.P.No.1 of 2025. 6. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the filings of the petitioners are subject to the outcome of S.R.O.P.No.1 of 2025 and that mere submission of the documents by the petitioners should not be considered as recognition of those filings as authentic. 7. The learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that they have no role insofar as the prayer of the petitioners is concerned. 8. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 shall maintain the files by taking on record the filings of the petitioners as well as the unofficial respondent No.5; however, the same shall be subject to the outcome of S.R.O.P.No.1 of 2025. 9. Considering these submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed off, directing respondent No.4 to take on record the filings of the petitioners as well as unofficial respondent No.5, and the said filings shall be subject to the outcome of S.R.O.P.No.1 of 2025. It is made clear that taking on record the filings submitted by the either of the parties shall not confer any added weightage for deciding S.R.O.P.No.1 of 2025. The impugned 6 HN, J W.P.No.15099_2026 proceedings, dated 20.04.2026 issued by respondent No.4 are hereby set aside. 10. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
