This application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the applicant in connection with RFA No. 51/2026 praying for stay of the execution of the impugned judgment and decree during the pendency of the connected RFA. 3. It appears that since the connected appeal has already been admitted, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree is required to be stayed otherwise this appeal may become infructuous. As such, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 19.03.2026, passed in Title Suit No. 444/2019, by the Court of learned Civil Judge No. 2, Kamrup(M), Guwahati is hereby stayed during the pendency of the connected RFA No. 51/2026. 4.
