The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chitra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 registered under section 395 of the I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Madhupur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided the privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner is associate of apprehended co-accused and petitioner is having criminal antecedent which has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge. 5. Considering that petitioner is associate of apprehended co-accused and petitioner is having criminal antecedent which has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge. The allegations are there of looting from the house of the informant. 5. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
