[2] This interlocutory application under Order XLI Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been preferred by the applicant/appellant in connection with MACAppeal No. 233/2026, praying for amendment of the memo of appeal by rectifying the grounds taken in that appeal. She submits that due to inadvertent typographical mistake, some unintentional mistakes have occurred in the memorandum of appeal and same is, therefore, required to be amended.
