1. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass suitable order/writ directing the respondents to include the petitioner (Sahayak Aarakshak) into the Departmental selection list/ process for the post of DSF, which the petitioner is entitled for accordingly. 10.2 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted also. 10.3 The cost of the petitioner may also be ordered accordingly.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was appointed to the post of Assistant Constable after due selection process. The appointment order was issued by the office of Superintendent of Police, District- Bastar, Jagdalpur (C.G.) on 24.05.2014. Petitioner since then is continuously working on the post of Assistant Constable, however he was not extended the benefit of promotion or time pay scale. Petitioner had submitted multiple representations before the respondents, however, the representations submitted by the petitioner is pending
consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner at the earliest.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer of
3 the counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
5. On due consideration of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 2-4 and in the event such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the concerned authorities are directed to take and consider the representation submitted by the petitioner along with the pending representations on its own merits expeditiously preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
