THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 1479 of 2026
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4133 of 2023. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
“…..In view of fact that the amounts payable to the petitioner for two out of four works were already paid and as the amounts payable to the petitioner for the remaining two executed works are admitted by the respondents, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this writ petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to pay the admitted amounts payable to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order....”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders passed by this Court on 22.12.2025, are complied with.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
