By the aforesaid order, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, observed that the matter arising out of FIR No. 628/2024 dated 30.09.2024, registered at Police Station Mundka, Outer District, Delhi, under Section 326 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [“BNS”], is triable exclusively by the Court having jurisdiction over offences under the Electricity Act, 2003. It was further observed that, since the matter required assignment to the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Electricity Court (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, the same was referred to this Court for appropriate orders. 3. List the matter before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for further orders on 14.07.2026.
