The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar), P.S.171 of 2025 registered under sections 69 and 89 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. itself it is stated that informant and petitioner were in relationship since 2021 and F.I.R has been lodged on 17.06.2025. He further submits that the victim is major girl. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that on the pretext of marriage physical relationship was established. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that the informant and petitioner were in relationship since 2021 and F.I.R has been lodged on 17.06.2025. Prima facie what has happened that is consensual in nature. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( 2026:JHHC:1255 ) (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh, in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar), P.S.171 of 2025.
