S. 2023 for correction of the clerical mistakes in the order sheet dated 09.10.2025 passed in CrMP No. 1957/2024. 3 Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2026.04.01 18:25:23 +0530 2 original proceeding before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dist- Bacheli, Dist- South Bastar, Dantewada, in Complaint Case No. 75/2008 petains to Section 494 of IPC, whereas due to typographical mistake in the order dated 09.10.2025, in Para 2, the offence of Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881 has been typed. Therefore, the said section may be corrected by substituting Section 494 of IPC. 4 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record of CrMP No. 1957/2024. 5 On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the present application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is allowed. In Para- 2 of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed in CrMP No. 1957/2024 be substituted as follows:- “The applicant has filed this petition under Section 378 (4) of the CrPC against the judgment dated 21.09.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bacheli, Dist- South Baster, Dantewada in Complaint Case No. 75/2008, whereby, the respondent/ accused has been acquitted of the charge under Section 494 of IPC.” 6 With the aforesaid correction, the present CrMP is disposed of. 7 A copy of this order be placed with the record of the CrMP No. 1957/2024.
