ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17989 of 2023. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
“…..In view of the common order passed by this Court and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel on both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amount of Rs.54,09,388/- (i.e., 37,20,268/- + 16,89,120/-) to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, in an appropriate forum....”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders passed by this Court on 03.08.2023, are complied with.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
