By the present Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.S.), the Applicant is seeking pre- arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 524 of 2026, dated 16th July 2026, registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District Solapur Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 119(1), osk 1 of 3 914-ABA-558-2026 (CR).docx 118(1), 351(1), 351(2), 352, 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3. Mr. Piyush Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, refers to the order dated 10th August 2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur, on Exhibit-4 in Criminal Bail Application No. 530 of 2026, by which the Applicant was granted protection from arrest. He submits that during the pendency of Criminal Bail Application No. 530 of 2026, the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 524 of 2026. 4. Ms. Deshmukh, learned A.P.P. for the Respondents-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer investigating in Crime No. 524 of 2026, states that during the pendency of Criminal Bail Application No. 530 of 2026 before the Sessions Court, the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation. In view of the same, she, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that custodial interrogation of the Applicant in Crime No. 524 of 2026 is not required. She however insist for a direction to the Applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. 5. Based on the statement made by Ms. Deshmukh, learned A.P.P. for the Respondents-State, Mr. Piyush Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, osk 2 of 3 914-ABA-558-2026 (CR).docx states that the present Application may be disposed of. Mr. Piyush Toshniwal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, submits that the Applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required. 6. In view of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of on the following condition: (a) The Applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer investigating Crime No. 524 of 2026, dated 16th July 2026, registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District Solapur Rural, as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 7.
