PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/A.2 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS, 2023”) seeking to release her in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.95 of 2025 of Karamchedu Police Station, Bapatla District. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is arrayed as A.2. Learned counsel would further submit that the other accused who is arrayed as A.1 was released on bail by this Court vide Order dated 08.04.2026 and the case of the Petitioner also falls under the same footing and that the Petitioner is ready to abide by any of the conditions imposed by this Court and requested to enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The Petitioner/A.2 shall be released on bail in the event of her arrest with the following conditions: 3 a) Petitioner shall execute a personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. b) On release, Petitioner shall appear before the investigating agency once in a fortnight i.e., on every second and fourth Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. c) Petitioner shall appear before the investigating agency as and when required till completion of investigation and shall co-operate with the investigating agency. d) The Petitioner/A.2 shall not directly or indirectly contact or threaten the witnesses under any circumstances and any such attempt shall be construed as an attempt of influencing the witnesses and shall not tamper evidence. Pending applications, if any, shall stands closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
