The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the tender notice issued for providing Private Security Force for R.T.P.P. Stage-IV for the period from 01.04.2014 to 31.02.2015. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the period of tender has already been lapsed eleven years ago. Hence, no cause survives for further adjudication in this matter and the Writ Petition becomes infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. ________________________________
