The captioned writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11706 WP No. 34215 of 2025 (a) To quash that the notice dated 22.09.2025 issued by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-C in respect of the property bearing No.2(old No.524)/2), 10th Cross, 6th block, Rajajinagar, Ward No.21, Bangalore - 10 also direction to the respondents to restoration of the power connection which is disconnected by the 2nd respondent. (b) Grant such other and further relief's that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. 4. Heard the arguments and perused the papers. 5. Counsel representing the respective parties jointly submits that as against the confirmation order, appeals are pending adjudication before the Chief Commissioner, BBMP, Bengaluru. 6. Taking note of the pendency of the appeals, this Court deems it proper to quash Annexure-C and also direct the BESCOM authority to supply power connection forthwith subject - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11706 WP No. 34215 of 2025 to petitioner paying the regular consumption charges. The power connection is subject to the outcome of the appeals. 7. With the above observation, the above petition is allowed. The Writ of Certiorari is ordered.
