JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the interim order of the learned Single Judge dated 24.03.2022 passed in the WP.No.6610/2022. The interim order of this Court reads as under: "Shri N S Bhat, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 is present before the court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8789-DB C.C.C. No.756/2023 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Having regard to the fact, that the petitioner herein, had the benefit of interim order passed by the trial court in OS.No.1157 of 2018 on the file of III Additional Civil Judge, Bengaluru (Rural) District, and the same was continued by the First Appellate Court in MA.No.94 of 2021 till the disposal of the Appeal by order dated 16th March 2021. Taking into consideration the ground urged in the memorandum of the writ petition, the plaintiff in OS.No.1157 of 2018 is entitled for the interim order, the parties shall maintain status quo and the petitioner's right to access the schedule property is granted till the next date of hearing. List after three weeks." 2. The respondents/accused has filed objections. In paragraph No.3 of the objections, it is stated that a similar contempt petition was filed alleging willful disobedience of the same order in CCC.No.893/2022 which came to be dropped on 17.01.2025. We have also perused the averments made in the objections. No.756/2023 undertaken any activity in the suit schedule property in violation of the status quo order. 3. In view of the specific stand and also taking note of the fact that the earlier contempt petition was dropped and the writ petition is pending before the learned Single Judge, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
