By this application, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 35 days in filing the Revision Application. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to medical condition of the applicant No.2’s wife, applicants could not file revision application within limitation time and requested to allow the application. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 strongly objected to condone the delay on the ground that there is no explanation of delay condonation and no documents produced on record to show the health of the applicant No.2’s wife was not well. 4. I have heard both the learned counsel.
