In this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, the petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the complaint case filed under Section 200 Cr.P.C. pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Korba (C.G.) in Filing No. 4631/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire procedure under Section 200 CrPC has been completed, the evidence of the witnesses has been recorded, and arguments have been heard. However, the learned trial Court has not passed any order in the complaint case under Section 200 CrPC, which has been pending at the stage of consideration for registration for the last 4 months.It is prayed that this Court may direct the Trial Court for the early disposal of the complaint case pending before the JMFC, Korba in Filing No. 4631/2024. 3. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the documents annexed with the petition including the order sheets of the Trial Court. 4. Upon perusal of the records, it is evident that from 25.11.2025 to 10.03.2026, the case has been listed for 3 orders 7 times, but the final order has not been passed regarding registration of complaint. 5. In view of the limited prayer made in this petition, without commenting on the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to pass an order at the earliest on the complaint on registration. 6. With the above observations/direction, this petition stands finally dispose off at the admission stage itself. 7.
