The petitioners have preferred this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records of pertaining to case of the petitioner from concerned authorities. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to disburse the amount of compensation as per award dated 11.08.2015 after calculating the fair compensation with interest to the petitioners within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit. OR in alternate it is most respectfully submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to submit fresh representation raising their grievance and the concerned authorities may be further directed to take decision within stipulated time. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before concerned authority for redressal of their grievance with regard to disbursement of compensation, rehabilitation and employment. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed. 4. On due consideration, the prayer is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as sought for. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
