Petitioners have filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to release the pending salary from September, 2025 immediately and also to grant suitable interest on above pending salary, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioners for disbursement of their salary from September, 2025 till date. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that the main grievance of the petitioners are against respondent no. 2 for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and also considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at admission stage without issuing any notice, directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on claim of 3 petitioners/representation vide Annexure P-4 for disbursement of salary of petitioners from September, 2025 on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
