Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 29.05.2026, issued by Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and a copy of office order dated 20.05.2026, issued by Block Elementary Education Officer, Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 20.05.2026 reveals that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed in the higher pay stage at ₹30,500/- in pay matrix Level-3 (Cell- 15), w.e.f. 15.06.2025, i.e. after completion of two years of regular service, with DNI 01.06.2026. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.10.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.16315 of 2025, titled, Shalima vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, which is sought to be executed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
