This petition seeks for quashing of the FIR No.90/2026 registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi under Sections 115/74/79/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [BNS] and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 [POCSO Act] and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2. The father of the victim and aunt (mausi) are present in Court. They have submitted that the matter has been amicably settled. Even, Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, learned counsel who appears for the Prosecuting Agency, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that during investigation the police did not find the commission of any cognizable offence and therefore, is in the process of filing of the closure report. State (NCT of Delhi) [CRL.M.C. 1538/2026]. 4. Accordingly, the FIR No.90/2026 and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed. 5.
