Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders 2 / 3 directing the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for revision the Petitioner's pension based on the pay scale of the last post held, i.e., Assistant Block Education Officer Assistant Teacher (Grade-II). 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders directing the Respondent authorities to calculate and pay the arrears of difference in pension and other retiral dues from the date of superannuation i.e. 31.07.2012 till date, within a stipulated time. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders directing the Respondent authorities to calculate and disburse the pending amount of Leave Encashment for services rendered on holidays and during vacations. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has not been paid the retiral dues at the time of retirement of the petitioner for which petitioner is entitled for. Petitioner has earlier submitted representation, however, the representations were not considered. She submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before respondent authorities and direction be issued to the concerned authorities to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for State submits that the writ petition is filed after a delay of about 12 years. He also submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner of submitting a representation to be decided by the authorities, he is having no objection. 3 / 3 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent No. 2 and 5 and in the event such a representation is submitted, the concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within further period of four months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
