The petitioner-accused No.1 is before this Court calling-in-question registration of a crime in Crime No.29/2022 registered by the respondent-No.1-Seshadripuram Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 472 r/w Section 34 of IPC, pending on the file of the Learned I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City, in C.C.No.7683/2025. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14141 CRL.P No. 2040 of 2026 3. Accused No.2,3 and 4 had approached this Court in Crl.P.No.5231/2022 challenging the impugned FIR. This Court vide order dated 13.09.2024 quashed the FIR against accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 therein. Therefore, this petition also requires to be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5231/2022 to maintain parity. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed of. The impugned proceedings in C.C.No.7683/2025, (arising out of Crime No.29/2022) pending on the file of the learned I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City, insofar it relates to the petitioner-accused No.1 herein, stands quashed.
