The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.284 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.09 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)B, 21(a), 22(b), 27 and 29 of NDPS Act pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that contraband has been recovered from the house of co-accused persons and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that on search of Venue car in the presence of 2026:JHHC:732 --2-- A.B.A. No. 58 of 2026 witnesses, one small black bag containing Rs.7,939/- was recovered from the dashboard and about 400 grams of Ganja kept in 8 small sachets in a black coloured polythene bag were also recovered from the car. He submits that 10.499 KG of Ganja was recovered from the house of one co-accused namely Anirudh Sah @ Hit Sah. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement and the recovery is made from the possession of other accused persons and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.09 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.284 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.09 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
