The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the possession notice dated 17.11.2025 vide Annexure E and the Eviction notice dated 20.01.2026 vide Annexure F issued by respondent No.1. 2. The impugned notice assailed by the petitioner in this writ petition can be questioned by filing an application under Section 17 of the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Thus, the petitioner has an equal efficacious remedy and without exhausting such an equal efficacious remedy, he has filed this writ petition. 3. The writ petition is not maintainable in view of the exposition of law laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Rikhab Chand Jain v. Union of India and others reported in 2025 SCC Online SC 2510. Hence, I do not find any grounds to entertain this writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7316 WP No. 3718 of 2026 4. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is dismissed. ii.
