It appears that in the Test Identification Parade, the informant had identified the petitioner as the person who was involved in snatching her chain. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (T) P.S.
